Methdozer and I are having a Canadian-off

So y'all mfers can sort the difference between a generic Canadian accent and a New Yorker accent

He hasn't agreed but I am officially challenging him.

So you can type a word and we'll both respond via vocaroo

Canadian accents are quite different than the typical American ones, but some Canadians sound exactly like Americans.

@caccoon Well it is easy to understand either way, the problem I have run into though is Canadians who speak French, I just cannot understand that particular accent.

Sorry I am kind of a language nerd, kind of where I am coming from there.

@HoeBag what?

@caccoon I just meant when they speak French with a Canadian accent, it is really difficult for me. Of course I struggle either way cause I am still learning.

@MethDozer Yeah it can have an effect.

I will be honest, the vocaroo that CountScrofula posted, I did not catch a word.
