Are you a person that's into like ...small town local fun?
I have friends who have never left this little area and enjoy the small town festivities. I prefer to drive anywhere from 2 to 5 hrs to have some fun.

You don't drive five hours to "have some fun" in the UK unless it's something special. Doesn't matter where you're from.
