Ok I've told y'all I stay in touch with my former client,

my blind guy. He's my most beloved ever!
So I called him this evening to ask does he need anything before the snow hits us again but he said he's ok.
But I know he's NOT.
He stays cold because he's on dialysis and can't afford the electric bill to run the heat enough to stay warm so unbeknownst to him, I'm going tomorrow to buy him an electric blanket.
I could just cry. This man is so dear to me & I've been trying to find a way to get him with my agency so that he gets the help he so desperately needs....

That's wonderful.
I hope he will not be too afraid of the electric bill to use it.

Don't forget to teach him the controls, maybe more than once since he cannot see.

@emmasfriend I'm going to try to get him one of the rechargeable ones. Not sure how that works but it sounds a little less hard on the light bill maybe ?... He picks up on things very quickly. What helps is that he could once see, but the diabetes took his sight eventually.
