Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind in the present future - Budha.
Don't get stuck thinking about what's already happened (past), and don't get too caught up in planning or worrying about what's yet to come (future). Instead, focus on the here and now – the present moment. This helps calm the mind and brings peace.
