I met this man around 12 years ago on Experience Project and we became fast friends. We went from complete strangers to friends who talked almost daily even though I lived in Texas and he lived in North Carolina. Occasionally he would disappear for a day or two because of work or something but a few months ago he went completely silent. Two days later I found out he was killed in a truck wreck. From what I could determine, there were no witnesses but from the extent of his injuries, it was a quick death for which I’m thankful. I just wanted to let those of you who knew him know what happened to him. It’s been several months now and I still occasionally send him a message. I know it’s silly but it somehow makes me not miss his friendship quite as much. Till we meet again W, just know that you’re greatly missed down here.
