who is the worst driver??

around town my father will travel at most 15 mph and totally oblivious to traffic around him. every trip has to be the most out of the way wandering route possible. a trip to hardware store 2 miles away will take hours. he has to stop and tell you the history of every building or who lived in every home and go thru their family tree. stop completely for every manhole cover and road patch. i want to scream...FORD TOUGH!! NOT FORD FRAGILE!! HAHAHAHA
