How should I react to a friend that didn't keep my secret after she promised to

I told a friend of mine a secret and she promised to never tell anyone but she did.

I don't make friends very easy and i like her like a sister but i can't believe she told someone what i said after she promised not to

What would you do?

When you yourself can't keep a secret, how do you expect a friend to keep it ?

So remember that it's not good to keep secrets.
