How should I react to a friend that didn't keep my secret after she promised to

I told a friend of mine a secret and she promised to never tell anyone but she did.

I don't make friends very easy and i like her like a sister but i can't believe she told someone what i said after she promised not to

What would you do?

I'd definitely raise this with her and ask her why she betrayed your trust and why you should ever trust her with anything...

[But I think I'd not trust her for a while, if ever.]
