my neighbors will soon have major foundation damage to their homes. it may appear to be small, but its just like the top of an iceberg. most of it is underground out of sight.

I have never seen a tree bounce back after being chopped off unless it already has other shoots up or if it is chopped in Winter, sometimes they have enough energy to come back in Spring.
