Same with me. When my girlfriend start talking politics, I shut down. I don’t say a word. They have no idea I have no intention to vote liberal. One of them I think would understand but the other one is so vocal about politics and can get quite aggressive about it so I don’t want to be in the middle of that

I have friends like that. They are completely extreme deep left and I have some extreme deep right. When cookouts and get togethers happens. These two families fight like its the Cuban missile crisis happening all over again.
Both families great, till politics are brought up.
