I was with a couple of my friends yesterday.

One of them enthused that the hockey playoffs were about to start. The other fellow and I kind of shrugged and asked who was playing. I don't follow sports and neither does my other friend. The only hockey fan said "Its on TV". We both replied "We don't have TV". So the hockey fan said that it was on the radio. We both replied we don't have radio either. Then we launched into hockey past when as kids we all watched the game religiously. Of course there were only 6 teams in the league so we didn't have too many players to keep track of.

I know the feeling! :-)

Sometimes I used to feel out of place at work when the starting conversation among the others was all only about last night's football on telly. I don't follow sports and have no television!
