Friends car towed
Friends car got towed by baby mama because she’s was being spiteful and they want 16k for it. It had his daughter’s Christmas gifts in the back. Can they charge that much for a car?

You mean.... can they charge that much to get the car back? No. Maybe $160, depending on how far it was towed.
