How to tell my friends I am not straight?

Most of my friends are girls(I am also a girl),and idk how to to tell them that I am bisexual.Cause like I know that they aren't homophobic, but when I try to get them a sign that I am bi they give me a weird look.I want to tell them but I know that this will change our friendship very much and idk what to do😭
