Why dont some friends reach out?

Maybe they are waiting for you to reach out after they were the last one to reach out to you🤔

1) They don't do well and don't want to bother anyone with it.
2) They have to socialize too much already at work and when they have free time they don't want to deal with any more people.
3) They are not your friends and just think you're not worth their attention

Maybe their arms are tired.
