Friends/Followers/Following

I'm new to Similar Worlds, and I have a question. Can someone please tell me how I go about finding friends, people to follow, and followers? How does that process work? Honestly, I don't know and just want to know the basics of how things work. Thank you!

In SW's own words: "Friends are members that you Follow, who also Follow you back."

It has to be mutual. Just clicking Follow does not equal Friending; it's up to the other party to supply that cement by reciprocating.
