Too many people are calling and texting me and its overwhelming me

Too many people are calling and texting me and its overwhelming me. I know it’s good that they call me cause it shows they like me and I enjoy talking to them too but I’d rather talk less frequently cause I’m a little socially overwhelmed. But then I get bored and lonely if they don’t call. What’s my problem?
