Would you stay in touch with such a person?

Was supposed to meet a guy friend for drinks but he cancelled plans because a lady wanted to hook up with him. He's the one who suggested we could meet up for drinks so I messaged him a place we could meet and then he cancels.

No, I wouldn't. I had a girl who did the same kind of thing to me a few months back, she would talk about in person that we should watch a movie I own on blu-ray that I really wanted her to see, and she seemed excited about it. She said she'd message me about it more once she got her schedule for the following week, yeah she never did message me about it.
