Hello my sunshine friends!

I've been having a rough time lately.

Seasonal depression is draining my energy, causing my joints to hurt, causing me constant headaches, causing me constant negative moods.

I've been getting in hurtful arguments with my mother and brother.

My return to the university has been an endless struggle. One failed assignment, one late assignment, five chapters behind, one assignment due soon that I haven't started, one presentation due soon that I haven't started.

I'm behind on important calls. One doctor call, two university calls, one volunteering call.

I've fallen to one knee and barely holding my ground. I feel like such a sad panda :(

How have you been lately my friend? Hopefully better than me <3

Do you have a light box?

It helped a friend who suffered with SAD.

@Mamapolo2016 I don't have any money for it
@RIPKAW Walmart has one for $14.99, but if you have no money, you have no money. I understand. 😥

@RIPKAW Wish I could do more. I am glad it helps some. Remember that seasons do pass...

@Mamapolo2016 and the sun will always rise 🌞
@RIPKAW Yes. It's funny. I grew up in Pennsylvania and am now in New Mexico.

Here it's a beautiful day when it's raining!

@Mamapolo2016 I believe that the rain can cleans the soul. I'm the odd one who dances in the rain 🌧️
@RIPKAW There you go! Dance if it's sunny, dance if it rains, but by all means dance! 😀

@Mamapolo2016 I am finally finding my rhythm! My feet just really hurt right now...
@RIPKAW My Dad, severely diabetic and suffering from neuropathy to the point where a car ride was torture, called me to say he was thinking of asking my husband and my brother to go elk hunting in Montana.

They did go. They had to ride horseback 29 miles to the outcamp from base camp. I was told it took three guys to get Dad on the horse and five guys to help him dismount.

Dad's explanation: "I figured if I was going to be miserable, I might as well have some fun."
