Given the US set it up (along with other nations, of course), and Congress duly ratified the UN Charter, the United Nations is quite literally both an American creation and constitutionally American.
It doesn't make it less useless or accountable or better organised, but it's definitely constitutional.

@Persephonee And to answer your question, the entire UN budget for 2022 is $3.12 billion - which is not even 75% of the entire budget of...Delaware.
