One of my friends just WhatsApp me

She said someone was trying to break into her car when she was walking up to it, the guy breaking into the car was startled by her then started to attack my friend 😑 lucky for her she had a taser in her pocket and used it on him👍 he ran off and she was left with bruises around her neck. the Dutch police said she is not allowed to use a teser on someone but left it at that.
