Someone told me if they aren't drunk they are not having fun. What's wrong with them?

they dont understeand happiness its not motivated by external things and that its really a way we react to whatever happens to us just by being gratefull of what we have and what we can do now. they are incapable of feeling good without alcohol because no one taught them how to have fun without it
