A girl I used to know on here posted a song she liked.

I knew her on EP too. She was a good friend. I listened to this back then and immediately fell in love with it. This was so many years ago, but I still listen to it regularly and think of her every now and then. I hope she’s well wherever she is.

That reminds me of in 8th grade. There was this girl who was like, extremely smart & school oriented so everyone kinda treated her like a nerd. She even asked me out once which was shocking to me because she had never ever shown interest in any boys ever. But I said no only because we were so opposite & I thought it would be weird or something. Idk. Dumb kid thoughts lol.

Anyway she was super into music & one day a teacher brought a guitar to class (he used to build his own custom guitars & show us). She asked if she could play a song for the class & he let her. She went up front, grabbed the guitar, & sat down on a stool. She started playing the Hotel California tune & when she started singing the lyrics it was absolutely beautiful 🖤 I still consider that the most beautiful version of the song I've ever heard

@ChiefJustWalks Nothing like acoustics to really bring out a unique way of telling a song! When you take out all the extra noise, it’s very intimate in a way you don’t get hearing the polished and recorded version.

@Reject oh for sure 🙏 now that I think of it, that might've been one of the only acoustic performances I've ever seen in person. Even if it was just a random moment at school. It was still highly impressive

@HikingMan I suppose you could say that. Lol. I’m not sure about the caught, but certainly the released. I don’t mind though. She brought so much value to my life and it’s crazy to think that she still does even now.

@OogieBoogie Aww! It can be EDM or any genre really. Just a song that you really love more than most. Maybe top 10? Would that make it easier? Lol. I don’t want to flummox you.
