What do you do when you have that awkward friend?

So I have this friend who is looking to make more friends and I try to spend more time with them as they barely have any other friends.

The thing it's he's one of those guys that couldn't care less for personal hygiene, he has absoulety none existent social skills, he's french kissing a bottles as I type this because he is bored, idk, he's like, super awkward and super uncomfortable to be around with, how do you deal with someone like that? He's Patrick from SpongeBob basically, he also has no respect for other people's belongings or property, y'know what? I don't think he is fixable anymore at all, dang
