Ugh what's wrong with me? I'm I overthinking?

My best friend is back in town after a whole week and she's just sitting with everyone else but not spending time with me. It's been more than a couple hours now and I haven't gotten to meet her all day.
Why does it bother me? I'm almost in tears.
