Should I try to contact her?

I want to visit her town and clueless about which is a better place to stay for a few days. I miss her but she has not responded me since 10 months and also blocked me. I wish to tell her and want to hear from her. But i don't know really if it's a good idea to tell her before i go. The chances of meeting her very low. But i still want to go because I feel so bad.
