Should I try to contact her?

I want to visit her town and clueless about which is a better place to stay for a few days. I miss her but she has not responded me since 10 months and also blocked me. I wish to tell her and want to hear from her. But i don't know really if it's a good idea to tell her before i go. The chances of meeting her very low. But i still want to go because I feel so bad.

Do not. If she felt the way you feel, she would be doing everything she could to contact you.
Do you see how hard you are trying? How your feelings are almost impossible to ignore? And they lead you to do everything possible? If she felt as you do… she would find a way back to you.
You did nothing wrong. Real love is patient, and forgiving. She is not.
