If you shun people for political views, just do it now and get it over with.

I got burned on here once. I was friends with some people and then they called me racist and left me in the dust. It hurt.

Since then, I decided I don't care. I can disagree with people politically—even to a degree that I think their views are harmful—and still be friends with them. It's the heart that I love. Not the mind.

So if your heart is so bad that you'd stop talking to me over a disagreement, I recognize that's you and not me. Just go.
