I feel like my best friend hates me now. It’s like she doesn’t like me because of who I am anymore It breaks my heart and I want to cry.

Be a little patient. Remember how long it took you to tell her and don't expect her to process it in minutes. Likely doesn't mean she hates you at all - maybe just that she's processing.
