Why do people say living with your friends/best friends isn’t a great idea?

I understand boundaries are needed and rules but your best friend is someone you can trust right? I understand I don’t know how someone is until you live with someone but come on! At least try and stop being so close minded.

‘Best friend’/friends often doesn’t mean you can live harmoniously. Usually involves clashing lifestyle preferences, people falling short of their personal responsibility and commitments, The expectation that your friend should always be forgiving of these shortcomings, and having disagreements about money that implode friendships.

Money changes everything.
Simple as that.

Society define it pretty loosely.
Currency is the controller everywhere and when friends start staying together her without having a mutual base, differences are bound to occur.

More often than not moving in with good friends causes many problems. It happened to me when I was 18 I moved in with my best friend since we were 12. We never spoke much again after that horrible year together.
There are many reasons that it tends not to work.
People are only trying to let you know of the risks.
