Why am I always saying yes to everything????

My friend asked me to go out to the beach tomorrow early morning!
At 12 pm when am in deep rem sleep cycle
I said yes cause I am such a nice person
But I am really not willing to disturb my sleep for this
But if I say yes today and not go tomorrow I might lose another friend plus the ones I lost before
So I am just have to suck it up and go hopefully it will be very short

If she/he was a true friend & you decide it will disturb your sleep cycle, then he/she would care about your "feelings" and say "it's ok, I understand". Also, a true friend will call again & will not drop you. I would act this way also & stay as friends! 😁
