Why am I always saying yes to everything????

My friend asked me to go out to the beach tomorrow early morning!
At 12 pm when am in deep rem sleep cycle
I said yes cause I am such a nice person
But I am really not willing to disturb my sleep for this
But if I say yes today and not go tomorrow I might lose another friend plus the ones I lost before
So I am just have to suck it up and go hopefully it will be very short

Nah.., have confidence in yourself, you hold the cards. Say if you can re-schedule at another time or hour.
