Some friends are so very special

I connected with a childhood friend about 10 years ago. We first met when we were 12 years old. I had a huge crush on him but never told him until we connected again about 10 years ago. When we connected I was still involved with someone else. He told me if only he had found me sooner. We are good friends and we have great conversations. He recently got married and had a baby. I’m very happy for him and I wish nothing but the best for him. We still keep in touch and it’s still nice to hear his voice. He will always be a very special friend. I love you my wonderful friend .
