Would you take this meme as a joke or seriously? I was expressing my annoyance at the uncertainty in our communication & this was the response I got

I had sent this guy a text on WhatsApp to show my annoyance because our correspondence hasn't been consistent (more so from his end). To which his reply was this meme @polygonmatic32

@solitaire Based on your response I wouldn't take this seriously. This guy was definitely trolling

@solitaire Yea..so he didnt respond to anything you said and instead made a joke.

Dont bother texting him until he puts the effort forth first or...find someone who can actually acknowledge what you have said and respond accordingly.
