@bucktard But I don't have any friends, especially none my age. My dad said online friends can't be real because they wouldn't hang out with me and he is right.

@Manfredthemanic Online friends are different from "real" friends that's true. But for those who have no-one else to chat with if they can't sleep on the early hours, they still count. Some parents who criticise their kids' online friends could perhaps make more of an effort to be there for them perhaps.
