Joe Biden is a performance artist and his current situation is him raising the bar for future Andy Kaufman type figures mind you I thought Andy Kaufman as kind of annoying but not as annoying as the guy playing him and thinking he and Jerry Lawler had a real life feud when in fact that was for show and they were really buds behind all the smoke and mirrors
