Should I consider it more than a friendship?

Me and my ex went out for a month 2 years ago (we were each others first boyfriend/girlfriend so the relationship was awkward and more friendly) then i broke up with him and we stayed friends for a short time then we stopped completely. This year we have classes together so we talked a bit. Three days ago he asked me to homecoming and I said okay but people are thinking we are getting back together. I havent even considered it but should I be?
