why is it so difficult to use escapism now
i'm an escapist and use escapism to avoid the grim realities of this era, the current events, news media etc.....but its very difficult because there're ads everywhere now...even on youtube you always get to find out whats going on because of the news stories they post on the homepage.....and sometimes they drop news videos in the sidebar.....then on tv now ads are everywhere on every channel, and they're longer than they ever used to be and they use subliminal messaging now as well..
it makes it harder to be an escapist because of the world that surrounds me now.
