woke ads every 5 minutes on television

i'm really sick of it, you can't watch anything interesting now without the woke advert breaks cutting in every 5 minutes, why is this happening? and why is there no one to complain to about it? i am not interested in watching these stupid ads.

when i was growing up ads were fun, short and not intrusive, now, not so, they are in your face all the damned time!
