sick of all the advertisements on tv

i'm trying to watch tv today, i don't usually watch tv much anymore because of this very problem...i'm watching talking pictures which puts on old shows and films, but the advertisement breaks are getting very regular and invasive now, you can't watch a film or show without the constant advert interruptions now.

what is the point in trying to watch tv now? it's just a brainwashing tool and a government propaganda tool now too.

I agree with you so much on this. I stopped watching TV years ago because of all the ads. Then youtube gets filled with ads, but thank god for ad blockers. At least on the computer with youtube, I don't get any ads, so that's nice.

If advertisers could find a way to put commercials in our sleep, they would. Every 10 minutes of sleep, a 30 second ad would play. Like these people are beyond ruthless and disgusting.
