is anyone else sick of ads

i'm paying for a streaming service on tv, itvx and iplayer....itvx i'm paying for 'premium' which means no ads....but i'm just watching jaws 2 on it and it showed an ad midway through the film and one at the start......this really does take the piss, i can't stand ads, i'm paying not to see them, yet i'm still seeing the ads when trying to watch a film i'm streaming??
