At least twice a day, but it taste nasty so a friend suggested we get some of those flavor drops for water too. I told Joel I had a better idea, to use whiskey. He said no

@RachelLia2003 it's for hydration you put a small amount of it into water and drink it. I get dehydrated very easily so my doctor wanted me to try something a bit stronger than Gatorade or something like that.
