In addition to trying moonshine as @WoWgirll suggests .. given your affinity for Buffalo Trace .. you might want to check out the Kentucky Bourbon trail sometime for that more refined barrel aged experience. You can do individual tours up to pkg bus tours .. Can even do a Groupon for it and hit 4 excellent distilleries.

@WoWgirll I've seen him post on Buffalo Trace enough the thought hit he might enjoy the experience. Its on my list too at some point, but I'll probably be living within 2 hrs of the majority of the distilleries at some point next year.
