I’m not vegan, but when I find a good vegan recipe, I try it anyway. This was surprisingly flavorful and filling. It also gave me the perfect chance to use my brand new tofu press. I’m not sure what cuisine this would be considered…Vietnamese or Thai perhaps?
Also, does anyone know how to wash a bamboo tofu press?
I just scrub the surface that touches the tofu with a brush and rinse the rest off. Could you please link me to that recipe? It looks delicious. I can send you my recipe list in return. <3
