I Could Never Be A Vegan

My respect for people who are vegan or vegetarian is immense. If you are a vegan or a vegetarian then I respect that decision and I hope you stick at it and make it work. I doubt I could become a vegan, part of this is because of my medical history (which is rather extensive) but another part of this is the fact that where I live fruit and vegetables are very expensive. Sure apples and oranges are cheap enough, but having 5 oranges each day won’t supply me with all of the nutrition I need. The other thing is that I really do genuinely enjoy the taste of meat, I don’t like quorn or tofu (I have tasted both) I just could get a joy out of either of them. Like I said I respect anyone who is a vegan or vegetarian and if you’re respectful to my life choices I’ll be respectful about yours

1. After 35 years of age, we need less meat. Also meat can stay along time in our large and small intestine.
2. Humans have a long, long intestine, that is why we tend to require plant/fruits based foods. Your pet dog has a short intestine that's why they suit meat diet.
3. Bowl cancer is the second killer of humans. Processed meats like ham, bacon, mince, lunch Meats all cause polyps overtime.

You can save money if you swop each week a few meat meals with legumes. Such as lentils, black eye peas, chic peas, kidney beans. Also you will reduce your fat on your tummy with legumes (internal fat over organs )

Save the planet eat less meat. ( methane gas omitted by cattle )

@SoFine True that, I recently switched and find myself on Amazon getting grains and beans. If you know what to look for it's way cheap.

I have a lot of respect for vegans too. I wish some of them would respect the fact that everyone has a right to make their own choice whether they want to be a vegan or not, and not everyone is even physically able to be a vegan (such as myself).
