I am Vegan

I've been one for eighteen years now and although (some) vegans have a bad reputation for being preachy and over zealous, I feel like my attitude will reflect on the whole tribe of us, so I strive to be a non-judgey vegan and I do understand how people bond over a bacon sandwich but as long as no one tries to shove one in my face crowing,'you want it, you know you do!' It's a personal choice.🐄

You've got a great attitude. One of my sisters has been a vegetarian since the age of 14 and she has never been "preachy" about it. She's smart enough to know that would only alienate people, not win them over to a meatless diet. As for myself, I love meat and believe it can be part of a healthy diet (it's low-to-no carbs), but I don't try to persuade my sister or other vegetarians/vegans to indulge in it. I think it's best to respect people's choices on this.

@Rutterman ☝ Exactly my thought as well. Worded much better than I did.
