I am Vegan

I want to be vegan, right now I am pescatarian but mostly vegetarian. The evidence of health advantages with a well balanced vegan (plant-based) diet is amazing. Almost every disease, unless in special cases, can be improved, reversed, or cured with a plant-based diet. I guess my greatest set back is laziness and not wanting to prepare all of my food. One day.

I eat a mostly plant based diet with occasional cheese. I am trying to cut all diary but cheese has been hard to let go completely but I agree with you it's a much healthier eating plan. I agree with Roybaugi down below hummus and Falafel are amazing, lentils too are a good protein source.

@SW-User I try to avoid cheese because it nauseates me but milk and ice cream is hardest for me
