I love tea. Ginger tea with honey can help inflammation (and I m sure you know already given you repertoire.) It doesn't taste that great in the loose bulk but it works, esp on the tummy.

Oh yes definitely!

@ravenwind43: Here's a weird one you may not have heard. For a tummy ache, ginger is fine. But don't stop there. Add some fennel, any of the mint leaves such as peppermint or catnip, some chamomile, and even some raw licorice. Put it all, in equal amounts, into an empty tea bag and brew it up. Sweeten it with honey and enjoy. It's not only soothing but the variety of other flavors mute the ginger and it tastes pretty good.

Good idea thanks, I know all of those are good for tummy as well!

Dad also loves tea mixes. He is very good at it and I will definitely try your mix of black tea, black pepper and cinnamon. I hope dad will like it.😌 Thanks for the recipe.🤓

Update: I made it 2 days ago. It is better if you add just a little bit amount of cinnamon so I used a small piece of cinnamon stick. Too much cinnamon makes it awful but you can add apple slices to make it more tasty.😌

@RachelBear: Yeah, I forget to add that they aren't necessarily equal amounts of each ingredient. You're absolutely right, too much cinnamon is horrible. Sure smells good, though!

@FriendlyBryan: 😌
Interesting ! I've never considered that, but it seems like a good idea. I have a few canisters of loose tea, and bagging it to keep and share would be more convenient than passing around the strainer for individual cups.
