@ArtieKat Love those too. My mum uses a Delia Smith recipe for gingernuts, but she has to double up as there isn't enough of them. She makes a nice bread pudding too, nothing like Delia's which is very flat. We like bread pudding thick and chunky, how it should be!

@Jemimapuddleduck My ex-business partner makes a brilliant Liverpool Bread Pudding (thicker than that) called "Wet Nelly". Not what you think lol! It's derived from the Lancashire "Nelson Cake", but more moist

@ArtieKat I have heard of that! It can be made from left over bread, biscuits or cake. Yum.
I love it with custard!
