Tea is great

Every morning I have to have tea. Tea is very big for us Carribs. Some mornings I have black tea with creamer of course and a sprinkle of sugar and some nutmeg or cinnamon. Sometimes I have granulated Chinese ginger tea with creamer. Its soo good and comforting.

@chelseamonroe3 I like the L-theanine and epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) in it, but I might have to try black tea at some point.
