do you find any benefits of orange pekoe?

I started drinking tea before bed for instance and it really makes me sleep well.

@NiftyWhite I have it first thing in the morning and it really sets my mood for the day. In fact I have multiple cups through the day.

For a good sleep, I prefer single malt! 🙂

@NiftyWhite It elevates my mood. The taste (black, without sugar, soaked to golden, not black) is soothing. The feeling is distinctly anti depressant. It is not filling, even after 2-3 cups. I prefer to have it without any accompanyments.
